By using the Zappai N series for the drainage of the drink bar, you can freely layout the installation location. Since a drink bar requires water supply, drainage, and electrical facilities, it is generally installed on the customer side, separated by the kitchen wall, with the drainage leading to the kitchen. Ideally, the drink bar should be placed in a location that is easily accessible from each seating area; however, in buildings with integrated stores, the existing drainage facilities can limit the layout of the store, including the placement of the drink bar. When trying to install a new drink bar in an existing store renovation, while water supply piping and electrical wiring can be managed through the ceiling, drainage often cannot be altered. I have heard of some stores that ultimately decided to collect the drainage in a tank and dispose of it regularly. Thus, the placement of the drink bar can often be a source of concern for store designers. By using the "Smart Pump N" series to pump drainage through the walls or ceiling, you can install the drink bar in the desired location within the store.

The NSB (ZA-100NSB+) model, which debuted in November 2017, is a backup function model limited to applications that do not require maintenance. It is not suitable for wastewater containing grease, but is ideal for drainage applications in refrigerated and frozen display cases. Additionally, it can be used for drainage from ice makers, air conditioning units, and hand wash basins with minimal contamination.
