The Zappai N series, which you have been supporting regularly, has undergone a model change. There are some minor specification changes, but there is no change in price. We sincerely hope for your continued patronage of the new model, just as with the previous version. 1. Target Product Zappai N Series 2. About the Product Number Change (the new product number will have a plus sign at the end) Example: Zappai NS ZA-100NS (old product number) ZA-100NS+ (new product number) 3. Main Changes Change in impeller shape and corresponding changes in pump assembly, main case, and main cover shape Change in operating water level (120mm before change, 105mm after change) Incorporation of a carbon filter for ventilation into the main cover 4. Others The pump assembly after the model change is not compatible with products from before 2010. When updating, a complete replacement of the main unit will be necessary.

The NSB (ZA-100NSB+) model, which debuted in November 2017, is a backup function model limited to applications that do not require maintenance. It is not suitable for wastewater containing grease, but is ideal for drainage applications in refrigerated and frozen display cases. Additionally, it can be used for drainage from ice makers, air conditioning units, and hand wash basins with minimal contamination.
