We will introduce a case study of the disaster prevention system ZEROSAI (NETIS registration number QS-150021-VE). It can be utilized not only for safety measures but also for creative ideas and technical proposals. The disaster prevention board can automatically report to the chat room when weather forecasts or observed values at the site exceed the standard values, or when warnings are issued, by integrating with business chat platforms such as LINE WORKS, direct, WowTalk, and Microsoft Teams. We are already utilizing the function of receiving email notifications for weather information and warnings from the disaster prevention board at each site, and the administrator has been communicating this information to relevant parties via email, phone, or verbally. <Challenges> ● The administrator had to manually communicate through various means, which made it time-consuming to reach everyone. ● In the case of emails, notifications could get buried among other emails.
