Issues - Even though ZEROSAI was introduced at the work facility, its usage was not widespread, with only about 10% of users being staff members. - We had to resolve basic issues such as the login method, and felt limited in our support. Implementation Points - By integrating with LINE WORKS, users inevitably began to access ZEROSAI's weather information. - After our proposal for integration, we were able to quickly realize the connection with LINE WORKS.
