ネプラス工法とは(10)
「ネプラス工法」では、サイドカッティングマシンの開発により側溝の上部だけを切断して修繕するため、従来の工事に比べて3分の1から4分の1の施工時間を実現しました。 また、修繕箇所の長さが10メートル前後であれば、工事は1日で完了しますので交通規制は即日解除され、車輌の通行は最小限の時間で開放することができます。 改修用製品には大きく分け横断タイプ、縦断タイプの2種類があります。 施工箇所の条件により使い分けています。 ネプラス工法は、道路を横断して布設されている側溝、ブロック塀などの構造物に沿って布設されている側溝にその威力を発揮し用水路や流雪溝、集水桝などにも対応しています。
