We have started handling the new compact, ultra-high resolution and high resolution curved array seabed mapping system manufactured by NORBIT! The NORBIT multi-beam sonar systems "WINGHEAD" and "iWBMS" series are ultra-high resolution and high resolution narrow multi-beam acoustic depth sounders that integrate the sonar unit (transducer), motion sensor (IMU), and surface water sound velocity sensor (SV). By adopting a curved array (Curved Array) for the sonar receiving unit (RX), it can measure a wide range of 210 degrees, and it can create a uniform receiving beam width across a wide frequency range from 200 kHz to 700 kHz without difficulty. This allows for the swath width to be freely selected between 7° and 210°. With a beam width of 0.5°×0.9° and 1024 beams (for the WINGHEAD series), and a beam width of 0.9°×0.9° and 512 beams (for the i-WBMS series), ultra-high resolution and high resolution depth sound data can be obtained. *For more detailed information, please contact us or check the product information.
