Capsule Ho-Paira Method
Acquisition of construction technology examination certification! Press-in construction of steel pipe sheet piles into hard ground with low noise and low vibration.
Solving various challenges in maintenance, repair, seismic reinforcement, and renewal construction with the concept of "inner excavation with capsules." 【Features】 ■ Obtained construction technology examination certification ■ Capable of handling difficult construction conditions for well foundation work ■ Possible to perform large-diameter and deep insertion construction ■ Achieves low noise, low vibration, splash prevention, and no soil discharge. Construction considerate of the surrounding environment is possible ■ Shortens construction period by improving soil discharge efficiency *For construction examples, please visit our website via the related links.
basic information
【Other Features】 - The lower end of the steel pipe sheet pile is intermittently excavated using a capsule method in conjunction with the driving process, allowing for stable performance even in hard ground (such as riverbed deposits that include gravel and bedrock), making it suitable for large-scale bridge long shaft foundations and cutoff work in dam lakes. - By using a TBS head, it can also accommodate seismic reinforcement and new shaft foundations. - It features low-noise and low-vibration construction with hydraulic-driven equipment, utilizing a dedicated shelter hood (splash prevention bellows), making it suitable for construction near railway bridges and nighttime work in urban areas. - There is no loosening of the ground due to injected water, and large amounts of turbid water do not occur. - By returning soil and sand to the pipe, it enables construction without soil discharge outside the site. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
