The rebar inspection AR system "BAIAS" has been equipped with a new feature called "Arc Measurement Mode."
We are pleased to announce that starting December 15, 2025, the rebar inspection AR system "BAIAS" will introduce a new feature called "Arc Measurement Mode," which allows for the inspection of the number and spacing of rebar in arc shapes during the construction of concrete caissons and bridge piers. As the first case of utilizing this new feature, rebar inspections using this functionality are scheduled to be conducted on the "Yamato Goshod Road Soga Viaduct (PD6) Substructure Work" (Client: Kinki Regional Development Bureau, Nara National Highway Office) being constructed by Muramoto Construction Co., Ltd. For more details about the functionality, please check the content on the linked page. ■ Overview of the Rebar Inspection AR System "BAIAS" BAIAS is a groundbreaking system that allows for easy rebar inspections of reinforced concrete structures to be conducted by a single person. Utilizing the LiDAR sensor and camera equipped on the iPad Pro, it accurately measures the number, diameter (thickness), and spacing of rebar. It complies with all measurement items specified in the guidelines set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. In April 2025, it was selected as a "Promoted Utilization Technology" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and boasts a track record of implementation in over 250 sites.

GenVital LTE has received the Startup Encouragement Award at the "Reiwa 7th Year Infrastructure DX Awards."
We are pleased to announce that our health management solution "GenVital LTE" has received the "Startup Encouragement Award" at the "2023 Infrastructure DX Awards" hosted by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. This recognition comes just six months after its launch in May 2025, during which we have gained over 100 users and implemented more than 2,200 units, receiving high evaluations in terms of effectiveness, advancement, and dissemination. Details regarding the effectiveness, advancement, and dissemination of "GenVital LTE," which received high praise, can be found at the provided link. Currently, GRIFFY is considering additional features for GenVital LTE and exploring IoT service collaborations based on feedback from users. We will leverage this award as an opportunity to accelerate the improvement of product satisfaction and the expansion of our user base, further contributing to the realization of safe and efficient site management.

Start of offering the vehicle passage time prediction system "MS-VPP" using microwave sensors.
We are pleased to announce the development of the vehicle passage time prediction system "MS-VPP," which measures the speed of vehicles approaching construction sites using microwave sensors and informs the predicted passage time through signage and tablets. This system will be available to construction contractors starting in November 2025. ■Product Overview - "MS-VPP" detects vehicles approaching construction sites and measures their speed using microwave sensors, displaying the vehicle speed and the predicted passage time at specified locations on signage and tablets. It can also measure and display data for vehicles passing continuously. - The data control panel connected to the microwave sensor transmits the vehicle speed data and calculated passage prediction time via LTE. By utilizing microwave sensors, it enables accurate detection and speed measurement of vehicles even at night or in bad weather, and since data processing occurs on the receiving side without going through the cloud, information can be displayed without any time lag. - As a result, drivers of construction vehicles exiting from construction entrances and workers directing traffic can understand "how many seconds until a vehicle passes near the site entrance," thereby implementing safety measures in areas with poor visibility.

The health management solution "GenVital LTE" has added new features: "Message Sending Function" and "IoT Integration Function."
We are pleased to announce that starting from October 20, 2025, we will be adding new features, "Message Sending Function" and "IoT Integration Function," to our health management solution "GenVital LTE." "GenVital LTE" is a service that assesses the physical condition of on-site workers in four levels based on heart rate and location data collected from wristbands, as well as the heat index at the work site, and sends alert notifications to both the work manager and the workers themselves. With the addition of these new features, work managers will be able to send predefined or custom messages to the wristbands, allowing the wearers to receive notifications through sound and vibration, enabling quick and efficient work instructions and alerts. Additionally, by integrating with the cloud measurement service provided by GRIFFY, automatic notifications will be sent to the wearers when measurement values such as rainfall, wind speed, slope, noise/vibration, and dust concentration exceed warning levels. This will achieve complete automation of the work process, from data measurement to alerting on-site workers. This will further contribute to improving the safety of on-site workers and streamlining and reducing labor in site management.

New features "SOS Notification" and "Fall Notification" added to the health management solution "GenVital LTE".
We are pleased to announce that on September 30, 2025, we added new features "SOS Notification" and "Fall Notification" to our health management solution "GenVital LTE." "GenVital LTE" is a service that assesses the health condition of field workers in four stages based on heart rate and location data collected by a wristband, as well as the heat index at the worksite, and sends alert notifications to both the work manager and the worker themselves. With the addition of these new features, when a wristband wearer wants to report health issues, they can press a button on the wristband to send an alert notification to the work manager. Additionally, when the wristband detects that the wearer has fallen, it can automatically send an alert notification to the work manager. The work manager can quickly check the wearer's location information, as well as the status and time of any SOS signals or falls, through a dedicated cloud service.
