The dust dispersion prediction system "TOBASAN" uses high-precision weather data with a 1km mesh, which is utilized in the weather risk management mobile application KIYOMASA PRO, to predict the amount and direction of dust dispersion generated by activities such as excavation and demolition at a 10m mesh level. This system allows for the preemptive prediction and monitoring of dispersion risks. Based on the type of work being performed on-site (you can choose from 22 types), it predicts the amount and direction of dust dispersion caused by the work. By simply selecting the on-site work from the 22 types, it highly simulates the dust dispersion situation in the atmosphere. Prediction data is visualized in maps and tables, updated twice a day (morning and afternoon). It helps to prevent the spread of air pollution in advance and contributes to the establishment of an appropriate environmental monitoring system. 【How to Use】 Enter the site-specific ID and password at the designated URL to log in to the dedicated site for the location. It is accessible via the browser on your tablet or PC. There are no restrictions on the number of users viewing the site, so individuals other than those belonging to the site, such as headquarters staff or those in charge of watering, can also view it.

●Forecasting Method Utilizing real-time weather forecasts from KIYOMASA PRO, we leverage meteorological data related to dust dispersion, such as wind direction, wind speed, precipitation, and humidity. Considering factors like atmospheric stability and soil moisture, we estimate how far dust would disperse if no watering were done, based on predictive formulas outlined in "Technical Method for Road Environmental Impact Assessment, 2007 Revised Edition, Volume 2." The results are displayed every hour in four categories: "Extremely High," "High," "Moderately High," and "Low," using a 10-meter mesh. ●Dust Emission Point (1 location) The amount and direction of dust dispersion from the dust emission point are provided twice a day, in the morning and afternoon. *The update time can be set to any time at the site.
