This construction method uses carbon steel pipes that conform to the JIS G3444 STK400 standard (outer diameter 114.3 mm to 165.2 mm, wall thickness of 4.5 mm or more). The weight of the building is used as a reaction force to press-fit the steel pipes with a small hydraulic jack, breaking through the surface debris and foreign material layers to secure them into a deep supporting ground with a calculated N value of 10 or more. High-permeability epoxy resin mortar is applied to the cracked areas of the foundation, and a highly fluid air-entrained mortar (air milk) is filled into the voids and subsided areas underground. The pressure input and supporting force during construction are strictly managed and fixed.
