It is a multi-layer reinforcement structure consisting of high tensile strength carbon fiber sheets (with a tensile strength of 3400 N/mm² or more), epoxy-based bonding primers, high-adhesion impregnating matrix resins, and non-shrink finishing mortars. By applying a thin layer of approximately 2 to 3 mm, it provides bending and shear resistance equivalent to or greater than that of additional foundation work. For settlement correction, a small hydraulic jack with a capacity of 150 kN, a high-precision laser level measuring device, and STK400 steel pipe piles are used to press and fix the building load into the deep hard layer as a reaction force. The reinforcement effect exceeding that of new construction has been proven through full-scale tests at the Better Living Tsukuba Architectural Testing Center.
