In the leveling process, we apply a pressure plate jack-up method that does not require extensive demolition work, using small hydraulic jacks to achieve precise horizontal restoration in millimeter increments, leveraging the building's own weight as a reaction force. After lifting, we pressure-inject high-flow air bubble mortar (air milk) into the voids under the floor to equalize the ground pressure, and we encapsulate the damaged cloth foundation structure with high-adhesion epoxy resin to restore structural strength beyond that of new construction. This is a ground reinforcement and uneven settlement correction technology for existing detached houses (wooden, lightweight steel, cloth foundation, and flat foundation) before renovation. For underground obstacle exploration, we employ hand auger drilling machines and probing rods for test excavation, and we use high-precision digital laser levels for settlement measurement. In settlement correction, we install structural carbon steel plates (over 12 mm thick and at least 500 mm square) or concrete pressure plates, and perform millimeter-level horizontal correction through synchronized operation of small hydraulic jacks. For foundation reinforcement, we use high-adhesion epoxy resin injection materials, and we apply high-density filling of lightweight bubble mortar (air milk) in the underfloor gaps.
