Beam Deflection Measurement System Using Laser Distance Meter [D Point]
Non-contact deflection measurement output
By measuring the distance to the beam with a laser distance meter during the passage of trains or vehicles, the deflection amount is calculated and output. Measurements can be taken at the target measurement points without cables and in a non-contact manner. This significantly improves efficiency compared to traditional contact displacement gauges.
basic information
Measure the deflection of the beam non-contact and without entering the area. By installing a laser distance meter directly below or diagonally below the beam and continuously measuring the distance to the beam during train passage, we calculate and output the deflection amount. By using three high-precision devices, we can reliably measure the deflection amount even when the train is moving at high speed.
