Construction Field 3D Monitoring System [3D Barrier]

Improving safety during crane operations / Managing in a three-dimensional area to prevent intrusion into restricted zones and maintain distance from surroundings.

―Introduction to the Option System― 【On July 12, 2024, the MR visualization system for the option system has resumed sales!】 Using the technology of "GyroEye" developed by Informatics Co., Ltd.*, this system projects an area set with a "3D barrier" as a hologram in real size into the real world. 【Supported Devices】 Microsoft HoloLens 2, Trimble XR10 【Supported Data Formats】 DWG, DXF, IFC *To use this option system, registration for the dedicated app "GyroEye Web Data Converter," which converts CAD data into MR-compatible data, is required. *The 3D barrier and the WEB Data Converter have different coordinate systems, so they do not match perfectly. *There may be instances where it does not operate correctly due to weather conditions. *High-precision projection may not be possible depending on the site environment and weather conditions. *GyroEye is a registered trademark of Informatics Co., Ltd. *For more details on the MR visualization system, please refer to the catalog.

3D Monitoring System for Construction Field [3D Barrier]

basic information

This is a system that uses GNSS installed at the tip of the boom to obtain location information and display the position on a vehicle-mounted monitor along with three-dimensional coordinates. It creates three-dimensional data for workable and prohibited areas based on "height," "width," and "depth," and alerts users to danger with a display light and buzzer if they enter a designated hazardous area or stray outside the area. In locations where satellites are not available, a total station can be used as an alternative. (GNSS is recommended due to weather influences and laser sighting issues.) NETIS: KT-140100-VE (Listing ended on March 31, 2025) In April 2024, a new NETIS was obtained ▼ NETIS: KT-230340-A [Areas can be created in 3D free shapes such as slopes and polygons] Construction areas or no-entry zones can be freely created using three-dimensional coordinate data, including slopes, polygons, and positions away from the ground surface. By registering multiple areas, it can be utilized for overall safety management at the construction site. [Alarm Notification Function] Management values can be set up to three levels, and when each level is reached, the corresponding colored display light will rotate, and a buzzer will sound.
