Construction examples of small cross-section tunnels.
Thank you all for your continued support. This time, I would like to introduce a construction case of a small cross-section tunnel. Below are the construction conditions: 1. Construction cannot be done with large machinery. 2. Material delivery is difficult. 3. There are concerns about noise issues. Construction was carried out under these conditions. The materials were loaded onto a small truck and sprayed at our small plant. If you have any issues with spraying in tunnels or anything else, please contact the MCM Hokuriku Center. Thank you very much.

About the TDR Shot Lining System Part 1
Thank you all for your continued support. This time, I would like to briefly explain the TDR shot lining system. This method was developed as a secondary lining construction system for shield steel segment sections. The advantages are as follows: 1. It can accommodate all types of sharp curves due to the application of mortar. 2. The use of a continuous mixing system allows for faster construction speed. 3. It excels in cost-effectiveness and shortening construction periods. Additionally, we have three types of finishing materials available depending on the application of the shield tunnel. Next time, I would like to explain the materials used in this system. Thank you for reading up to this point.

Mortar Spraying Construction Example 2
Thank you all for your continued support. I would like to present the continuation of the mortar spraying construction examples that I introduced last time. Although it will be a similar example to the previous one, our machines are compact and do not take up much space, allowing them to be used even in relatively small sites. Additionally, since construction can be carried out as soon as the machine and materials are available, it enables us to respond to emergencies and disasters. Next time, I would like to feature examples from a different construction site. Thank you for reading this far.
