We have started collaboration with the BIM/CIM cloud "KOLC+".
Starting from January 2026, we are pleased to announce that by linking the measurement data collected on the "Fieldroid Cloud" with the BIM/CIM cloud "KOLC+" provided by Cork Inc., it has become possible to centrally display measurement data summaries on the digital twin. (Examples) Measurement of various environmental data using Cloud Logger LTE Forecasting wind speed, rainfall, and heat index using Signroid 2 Temperature and humidity measurement during concrete curing using Ondroid Slope monitoring using Guraloid Displacement measurement using the shape displacement measurement system "G-Gauge" The data measured by the above services is sent to the cloud, enabling graph displays and alert email notifications. With the implementation of the data linkage function, it is now possible to visualize the latest measurement data from the Fieldroid Cloud on the digital twin constructed in "KOLC+". The rebar inspection AR system "BAIAS" has been equipped with a new feature called "Arc Measurement Mode."
We are pleased to announce that starting December 15, 2025, the rebar inspection AR system "BAIAS" will introduce a new feature called "Arc Measurement Mode," which allows for the inspection of the number and spacing of rebar in arc shapes during the construction of concrete caissons and bridge piers. As the first case of utilizing this new feature, rebar inspections using this functionality are scheduled to be conducted on the "Yamato Goshod Road Soga Viaduct (PD6) Substructure Work" (Client: Kinki Regional Development Bureau, Nara National Highway Office) being constructed by Muramoto Construction Co., Ltd. Utilizing the LiDAR sensor and camera equipped on the iPad Pro, it accurately measures the number, diameter (thickness), and spacing of rebar. It complies with all measurement items specified in the guidelines set by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. In April 2025, it was selected as a "Promoted Utilization Technology" by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and boasts a track record of implementation in over 250 sites.

The NETIS registration number for "Ondoroid" has been changed as follows: New NETIS registration number: KT-230101-VE Old NETIS registration number: KT-230101-A "Ondoroid" is a system that remotely manages temperature data from the surface and interior of concrete, as well as humidity data within curing sheets, allowing for effective curing management based on this data. Recently, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism conducted an evaluation of its effectiveness and assessed it as a technology superior to conventional methods in terms of "quality and workmanship" and "constructability." By refreshing the UI design and implementing updates that significantly enhance user experience while maintaining robust measurement functions, we aim to evolve into a more intuitive and user-friendly system, thereby improving user convenience and work efficiency. <Renewal Details> - New UI Design Significantly Enhancing Usability We have completely revamped the application's logo and the entire user interface (UI). With highly visible icons and an intuitive layout, we have created a design that allows even first-time users to operate smoothly without confusion. This supports rapid inspections on-site. - Efficient Data Management Functionality We have newly implemented the ability to create and edit storage locations for measurement data in the cloud. This allows the on-site iPad Pro to focus solely on measurement functions, enabling workers to concentrate on inspections.
