High Grip Grout Method

[NETIS Registration] Chemical injection method that reduces injection loss during construction.

The High Grip Grout Method is a grouting technique that enhances the prevention of chemical leakage from drilled holes using ground packers, ensures a large source of chemical penetration with special sealing materials, and improves injection efficiency through a centralized management system for chemical injection. *NETIS Registered Technology: CB-180028-A [Ground Packers] Ground packers are designed with a structure that prevents the leakage of filling materials (a double structure of fabric and rubber), which suppresses shrinkage after the expansion of the ground packer and enhances the adhesion between the drilled hole and the ground packer. This prevents the leakage of chemicals from the drilled hole. [Special Sealing Materials] The sealing materials use a special substance that fluidizes when reacting with chemicals, protecting the hole walls during drilling and ensuring a large penetration area during chemical injection. This allows for a reduction in injection pressure and the creation of a large-diameter modified body with a diameter of 2.5 meters. [Injection Management System] The system used in this method can simultaneously manage multiple chemical injection pumps (16 points). This improves the efficiency of injection and achieves cost reduction through shortened processes. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Applications/Examples of results

[Main Uses] - Liquefaction countermeasures in urban areas - Liquefaction countermeasures for existing bridge pier foundations, river embankment foundations, and other civil engineering structure foundations - Ground improvement - Reduction of soil pressure on the ground behind structures - Countermeasures for seepage in quay walls and revetments ⇒ The construction equipment is compact, and there is almost no impact on the surrounding area during construction, allowing for work in narrow spaces and construction while facilities are in use.
