Construction Case Study "RBP Wall Method"
[NETIS Registration] A cut slope reinforcement construction method that enables safe construction by combining reverse bolt panel version and rebar insertion work.
The "RBP Wall Method" combines reverse bolt paneling and rebar insertion work to prevent collapse by stabilizing cut slopes and natural slopes. It is applicable in areas with low ground stress, places with limited space, and cut areas adjacent to structures, for purposes such as road widening, land development, steep slope countermeasures, fall prevention work platforms, and slope stabilization work. Excavation of the ground is performed using a sloping method that lowers the slope while securing it with reverse bolt panels from the top of the slope. basic information
Features 1. It can be extended in either direction, up or down, from any fixed point (line). 2. Excavation is carried out to the height determined by calculations, and immediately after, rebar insertion work is performed, ensuring constant slope stability. 3. While lowering, reinforcement is added to the cut slope using reinforcement materials (rebar), allowing excavation at steep gradients even in weak ground conditions. 4. The reverse bolt panel is securely connected with PC steel materials, forming a highly stable slope and providing significant resistance to ground movements such as earthquakes. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*
