Adapting to diverse work environments: Kinjiro's new time recorder NRL-3.

In addition to secure time stamping using facial recognition, it also supports on-site operations such as support time stamping and labor management with a single device.

The new time recorder "NRL-3" has arrived. It goes beyond just regular clocking in and out; it accommodates irregular shifts, temporary clocking, lunch reservations, and even collects clocking data for start, end, and movement during support work at other locations, as well as labor hour aggregation for each task, all with a single device. The clocking methods can be flexibly chosen and combined according to the workplace environment, including facial recognition, contactless IC cards, and ID input. Additionally, it can be installed anywhere thanks to support for PoE and wireless LAN. It supports diverse working styles and on-site needs, achieving flexible and efficient work management tailored to each workplace.

basic information

■Main Features 1. Diverse Punching Methods Supports facial recognition via the built-in camera, helping to prevent impersonation punches. Various punching methods are available, including non-contact IC cards (Mifare, FeliCa), mobile wallets, and manual ID entry. It is also possible to operate using a combination of multiple punching methods. 2. Increased Flexibility in Installation Locations Supports wired LAN, wireless LAN, and even PoE. In a PoE-compatible network environment, it becomes easier to install in locations where securing AC power is difficult. 3. Support from Attendance Management to On-Site Operations In addition to regular clock-ins and clock-outs, as well as going out and returning, it supports data collection for support work at other locations and labor hour aggregation for each task. It also accommodates clocking in for irregular shift hours, temporary clock-ins, and lunch reservations. 4. Peace of Mind During Network Failures Can retain up to approximately 10,000 punch data entries within the device, allowing it to maintain punch data even in the event of a network failure and support data synchronization after recovery. 5. Voice Guidance to Prevent Punching Errors Provides voice guidance for clocking in, clocking out, going out, and returning. Users can confirm their actions through both the screen and voice, helping to prevent punching errors.

Applications/Examples of results

■Background of Development Amidst the declining labor force population due to the aging and declining birthrate, various industries are facing a serious labor shortage. Additionally, the diversification of work styles has led to varied working patterns and locations. In this context, companies are required to flexibly allocate limited personnel while appropriately managing each individual's work style and situation. Particularly for companies operating multiple offices or stores, support work between locations can occur, making it essential not only to manage attendance but also to efficiently grasp the situation on-site, including work locations and labor hours for each task. In response, our company has developed the time recorder 'NRL-3', which accommodates various clocking methods such as facial recognition, IC cards, and ID input, allowing for the combination of different clocking methods. Furthermore, it supports the collection of clocking data for support tasks and the aggregation of labor hours for each task, facilitating the management of attendance and on-site operations in diverse work environments with a single device.
