Ground reinforcement construction [Performance certification method] Pure pile method
Pile foundation reinforcement method for detached houses
The Pure Pile Method (PP Method) uses a drilling rod equipped with a conical-shaped excavation head to excavate while pushing the ground laterally, constructing a pile-like column by replacing it with cement milk up to the support depth.
basic information
Since cement milk is not mixed with the ground, the quality of the pile-like columns is not affected at all by the soil quality. Therefore, they consistently exhibit high strength and high quality in any type of ground. The principle of the construction method prevents loosening of the ground, resulting in high vertical bearing capacity. It can also be constructed on humus soil. By using spiral rods, the excavation performance in sandy ground is improved. Since straight rods do not have a soil discharge mechanism, there is almost no residual soil generated. The designed pile diameter is only 20 cm, which is relatively small, allowing for the distribution and support of building loads with a large number of pile-like columns, ensuring safety and reliability. Compared to conventional column improvement methods, it can be constructed at a lower cost.
