Ground reinforcement work 【Geocore method】
High-precision geo-column method that prevents settlement with reliable lateral friction force.
This is a ground improvement method that involves mechanically mixing cement milk and the soil of the original ground to a specified depth, creating a strong columnar improvement body underground. Due to the large diameter of the improvement body, it is expected to provide excellent lateral friction, ensuring effective settlement prevention even in very soft underlying ground with an equivalent N value of around 4. It can be widely adapted to thick soft layers, reliably transmitting the building's load to stable ground and supporting it from below. During construction, a construction machine equipped with multiple measuring devices is used, offering high-quality construction accuracy based on reliable engineering evidence and high reliability through strict quality control.
basic information
Cement milk produced at the plant is quantitatively discharged from the tip of the mixing blades set at the pouring location while performing penetration and extraction. After thoroughly mixing the original ground and solidifying material, the head is meticulously adjusted to the specified level using an auger for pile head treatment. As part of construction specification management, various measurement data during construction is recorded and centrally managed in real-time by a centralized management monitor (construction management device) mounted on the main construction machine. Furthermore, uniaxial compression tests are conducted on mold cores collected from the site to verify the required strength development, ensuring a highly transparent quality management specification.

Applications/Examples of results
It is widely applicable for soft ground measures and differential settlement prevention in buildings, including residential structures. The construction process is thoroughly focused on low noise, low vibration, and short-term construction, significantly contributing to the reduction of burdens in sites where high consideration for densely populated residential areas and neighboring properties is required. As examples of quality and safety management in practice, the construction team conducts preliminary KY meetings (hazard prediction activities) to eliminate risk factors and improve construction accuracy, ensures rapid equipment loading during withdrawal, and prevents mud stains through meticulous cleaning of adjacent roads. This thorough site management based on professionalism strongly supports the site supervision of the main contractor.
