Furthermore, for structural cracks in the foundation, we combine high-viscosity epoxy resin injection, carbon fiber sheet application, and additional foundation reinforcement to dramatically enhance the durability and toughness of the foundation structure beyond its original level. After jacking up, we will perform steel pipe pile insertion, pressure plate installation, and mortar filling to completely eliminate the risk of future subsidence recurrence. We provide a rational option that balances cost-effectiveness with reliable safety structures and the preservation of the building's asset value.

The applicable target is wooden single-family houses (with cloth foundation structure). As part of the investigation specifications, SWS (screw weight penetration) tests and laser high-precision floor and perimeter measurements will be conducted. Small multi-stage hydraulic jacks (5t to 20t) and portable electric hydraulic pumps will be used for lifting equipment. For structural reinforcement specifications, epoxy resin injection materials, U-cut seal materials, and carbon fiber reinforcement sheets (such as the Ganko Oyaji method) will be adopted. For ground reinforcement specifications, STK small-diameter steel pipes (101.6mm to 139.8mm) and steel pressure-resistant plates (thickness of 12mm or more), as well as non-shrink mortar and air milk filling methods will be applied.
