[For Energy Facilities] RES-P Method Ground Reinforcement Work | Geotech

Ground reinforcement method with certified architectural technical performance.

In the energy equipment industry, a solid and stable foundation is required to ensure the stable operation and long-term safety of equipment. Particularly for heavy equipment or equipment that generates vibrations during operation, ground subsidence and differential settlement increase the risk of damage, functional decline, and even accidents. Therefore, reliable ground reinforcement is essential. Our RES-P method has obtained building technology performance certification and contributes to the stabilization of equipment foundations on weak ground. 【Application Scenarios】 - Foundations for facilities such as power plants and substations - Foundations for plant equipment - Foundations for wind power generation equipment 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Stable operation of equipment by preventing building subsidence - Increased support capacity through the combined effects of the ground and pipes - Reduced maintenance costs due to long-term durability

basic information

【Features】 - This is a highly reliable construction method that has obtained a building technology performance certification (Performance Evaluation No. 04-02). - It involves driving slender steel pipes into soft ground, enhancing bearing capacity through the composite action of the ground and the pipes. - It is classified as a surface ground improvement method for flat ground. - Design, construction, and supervision are centralized, ensuring operation under a reliable quality management system. - The slender steel pipes used are treated for rust prevention, considering long-term durability. 【Our Strengths】 Geotech provides "total ground services," offering a one-stop solution for all ground-related tasks, including ground surveys, ground reinforcement design and construction, and settlement correction work for existing buildings. With extensive experience and solid technology, we deliver optimal solutions tailored to our customers' needs, creating the future of cities from the ground up.

Applications/Examples of results

It is optimal for reinforcing the foundation ground of small-scale buildings, boasting a rich track record of over 60,000 improvement projects to date. The applicable range is limited to buildings with up to three stories above ground, a height of 13 meters or less, and a total floor area of 1,500 square meters or less. The foundation structure can be applied to slab foundations with a long-term design load of 80 kN/m² or less, or strip foundations with 50 kN/m² or less. As practical examples of achievements, it demonstrates outstanding advantages in sites where no soil is generated due to non-excavation construction, eliminating disposal costs; sites that can be handed over to the next process immediately with zero curing time; and tight construction projects in narrow spaces or near retaining walls, utilizing low vibration and low noise specifications.
