During site surveys, the distribution depth of soft layers and the deformation angles of foundations are accurately analyzed through screw weight penetration (SWS) tests and peripheral level measurements. In actual repairs, we utilize a steel pipe pile driving method (underpinning) using small hydraulic jacks and the i-LIFT method, which injects non-dispersive cement-based grout. Even in narrow sites where large machinery cannot enter, we perform millimeter-level horizontal corrections without relocating to temporary housing, while continuing to use essential utilities such as water and gas. After correction, high-density bubble mortar (air milk) is injected into the ground voids, and for foundation cracks, resin injection and carbon fiber sheet application are carried out, providing strong footing stabilization along with high seismic resistance and extended lifespan.

This sinking correction technology uses a portable electric hydraulic pump and a multi-stage multi-point hydraulic jack system suitable for construction in narrow spaces. It employs an underpinning method using general structural carbon steel pipes (STK400 or higher, with a pile diameter of 114.3mm or more) that conform to JIS standards for the pressed materials, and the i-LIFT method, which injects a quick-setting cement-based grout material safely into the surrounding environment without allowing it to dissipate into groundwater. Additionally, aramid/carbon fiber sheets and high-adhesion epoxy resin injection materials are provided for reinforcing concrete foundations, and high fluidity air milk (bubble mortar) is applied for filling subsidence voids directly beneath the foundation.
