This is an investigation into the causes of localized settlement in existing single-family homes (wooden, lightweight steel structure, cloth foundation, and flat foundation) and the horizontal restoration work. Local excavation will be conducted using ground exploration tools (hand auger and probing rod), and inclination angle measurements will be taken with a high-precision laser level. In the pressure plate jack-up method, carbon steel plates or concrete pressure plates measuring 500 mm or more in size and 12 mm or more in thickness will be placed, and lifting and horizontal fine adjustments will be performed using linked hydraulic jacks.
