Ground reinforcement work | Providing reliable ground guarantees with the CWC method for complete data visualization.
Cross-wing column method for real-time visualization of the quality of ground reinforcement work. Long-term ground guarantee commitment through reliable construction data management and Geotech QMS system.
To objectively prove the quality of construction in ground reinforcement work and guarantee long-term safety, digital visualization of construction management and a strict operational system are essential. The Cross Wing Column Method (CWC Method) provided by Geotech Co., Ltd. is a deep mixing treatment method equipped with a thorough data tracking system using real-time management devices, in addition to high-quality mixing performance achieved by patented six-blade mixing wings. During construction, the rotation speed, penetration rate, depth, and injection amount of the solidifying slurry are automatically measured for all units, and accurate placement records are saved. This objectively supports the acquisition of bearing capacity as designed and the uniform formation of columns. Furthermore, Geotech oversees site management with technicians certified under its unique QMS compliant with ISO9001. While appropriately utilizing mold core inspections and mix tests for small-scale buildings, we ensure smooth application of ground guarantee insurance through traceable construction. We provide absolute peace of mind in ground reinforcement. Please feel free to contact us.
basic information
The specifications of the CWC method, which excels in data management, are suitable for sandy soil, clayey soil, and loam layers. It covers column diameters from φ400mm to φ1200mm, design strength standards of 400 to 1500 kN/m², and a maximum improvement length of 22m (12m for small-scale). During construction, real-time monitoring is conducted using construction management devices, automatically recording the number of blade cuts (over 450 to 550 cuts/m) and the construction speed for all columns. It has obtained GBRC performance certification (No. 12-17 Revision 1) and promises the highest level of quality maintenance based on visualized data.

Applications/Examples of results
This construction method is ideal for architectural and civil engineering projects that require transparency in the construction process and high reliability based on data. It demonstrates its effectiveness when visualizing numerical data during construction to present to third parties or clients in residential subdivisions, apartment complexes, commercial stores, and exterior retaining wall projects. It is widely chosen as a foundation reinforcement by house manufacturers, construction companies, and real estate management firms that want to ensure complete traceability of data and eliminate future settlement risks while applying reliable ground guarantee insurance.
